Cancellation policy
SUBSCRIPTION & MONTHLY REFILL POLICY
Optional Enrollment
Adding a Monthly Refill to your order is entirely optional and can be removed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Confirmation & Account Management
Once subscribed, you'll receive an email confirming your enrollment. From there, you can view and manage your subscription anytime by clicking the "View Order" button in that email.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You're free to cancel at any time with no penalty. To do so, either:
- Click the cancellation link found in your confirmation email
- Email us directly at thriviastore@gmail.com
Renewal & Billing
Each refill automatically generates a new order based on your selected frequency. To avoid being billed for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellations After an Order Has Been Created
Once a renewal order has been generated, it may be cancelled within 2 days of the order being placed. After that window, we are unable to cancel as the order will have already entered processing.
Order Validity
All orders created as a result of an active subscription are considered valid and final. They will be processed and billed in accordance with your selected refill frequency.
