RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident you'll love Thrivia. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from your delivery date to reach out to us at thriviastore@gmail.com and we'll make it right.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be within 90 days of the delivery date
  • Product must be shipped back to our warehouse
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
  • Sale items are non-returnable
  • Refunds and exchanges are issued as store credit unless an exception is approved

Refund Amounts

  • Unopened product: full purchase price refunded
  • Opened product: refund amount not to exceed $74.99, subject to a processing fee
  • One refund per product, per person

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued as store credit toward your next purchase. In cases where we approve a direct bank refund, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item. To help us process your claim quickly, please include 3–5 photos of the damage when reaching out.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed by emailing thriviastore@gmail.com. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and are subject to our standard return policy. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address

Return Shipping

  • Unopened items qualify for a free return label
  • For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using tracked shipping
  • Please hold onto your tracking number until your refund has been fully processed

Our Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to decline return requests in the following circumstances:

  • Repeated or excessive return history
  • Suspected fraud or policy abuse
  • Products showing clear signs of misuse or customer-caused damage

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact us at thriviastore@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We're committed to finding a fair resolution and will work with you directly. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact:

  • We will submit all relevant documentation to your bank
  • Future purchases from our store may be restricted
